We offer mechanical design services for all types and sizes of projects. we have special expertise in design of central plant and distribution systems for chilled water, hot water, and steam. No project is too small, too large, or too complicated for our innovative staff.

Mechanical Design

Our electrical designs have included power conditioning, stand-by and emergency power, uninterruptible power supplies, distribution systems, and low voltage direct current systems. In addition, our designs include lighting systems to compliment the facility they serve, egress lighting and signage, early warning fire detection, and various control systems wiring and interlocks.

Our staff has experience providing consulting services for wide ranges and diverse types of renovation and new construction projects. We work side-by-side with architects, owners, and contractors, complimenting the construction team by focusing on implementation and execution. We have special expertise in coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control system designs, within the environment that they serve. Our ability to deliver a completed project to the owner from project inception, through schematic design, design, construction, start-up, and commissioning, is truly unique.

We offer construction services that can be tailored to suit client’s needs. This service goes beyond the normal construction observation and shop drawing review. Working side-by-side with the contractors, facility managers, and other design professionals, our staff will provide focus and direction to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Keeping projects moving on schedule, and within budget takes commitment and experience. We are skilled and experienced in project phasing and coordination. This, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensures the success of the projects that we manage.

Construction Management

We are committed to the design and implementation of high efficiency mechanical and electrical systems. We take environmental and conservation efforts very seriously and are committed to improving facilities through our designs. Using computer modeling techniques, hands-on experience and common sense, we implement sound technical solutions. These advancements improve energy-efficiency, and at the same time improve system performance without increased complexity.

Sustainable Design

The commissioning process ensures that systems operate at their highest efficiency, as intended by design. The process of commissioning includes testing and balancing, tuning control loops, point-to-point wiring verification, and testing of safety and backup systems. We provide all types of commissioning services for both mechanical and electrical systems. We have hands-on experience in performing start-up service for systems of all types, ranging from large central chilled water plants, HVAC systems serving communication and data centers, to schools and commercial buildings.
