Curtis has over thirteen years of experience in MEP Engineering Design and Project Management. Extensive background working within data center facilities requiring the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems to operate with N+1, N+2, and 2N configurations.

Chris Wierman, P.E.

Chris has over fourteen years of experience in MEP Engineering Design and Project Management. He leads the company Sustainable Design Team and has a broad range of experience including Telecommunication, Education, and Commercial Facilities.

Joel A. Horsch

Joel has over fourteen years of experience in MEP Engineering Design and Project Management. Extensive experience in the design of retrofit projects for telecommunication facilities, data centers, industrial facilities, hospital/clinic/medical offices, education facilities, religious institutions, office buildings, and tenant finishes. Specializes in incorporating construction phasing into the design documents allowing for minimal and/or zero downtime throughout the construction phases, pending the facility type and demands. Heads our Commissioning, Testing and Balancing Team.
