The 141,000 square foot facility was made up of a two-story structure. The basement level consisted primarily of shipping/receiving, stocking trains, and storage space, while the upper level consisted of pulling space, packaging trains, design studio, office space, kitchen, smoking lounge, and restrooms. |

MeraVic New Facility |

This project was a complete remodel of an existing animal research facility into a new API facility. The project included engineering design and construction services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process and control systems for the existing 14,000sf facility. |

This project included an 11,000sf primary packaging facility addition to an existing 70,000sf secondary packaging facility including warehouse and office areas. The building expansion consisted of two blister pack rooms, a bottle room, two capsule filler rooms, three general purpose rooms and support rooms including restrooms and locker rooms. One of the blister pack rooms is a low humidity room able to maintain able to maintain a space relative humidity setpoint of 20%. |

This project consisted of reconfiguring an existing production space to accommodate a new tablet coater. System upgrades included a new 100% outside air pre-treatment air handling unit consisting of a supply fan, heating water pre-heat coil, chilled water cooling coil, heating water intermediate coil, and steam humidifier allowing for pre-condition air of approximately 8C. Additionally the supply air steam had a new post-treatment unit consisting of two steam heating coils and HEPA filters taking the pre-conditioned air to a final temperature of approximately 80C before entering the tablet coater. The exhaust air side consisted of a new high pressure exhaust fan located on the roof to exhaust the tablet coater air through an existing dust collector bag-house and into a common exhaust plenum being exhausted through an existing TOX unit. |
