The project consists of a 45,000 sq. ft. telecommunications switching and support facility and an associated 2-story, 20,000 sq. ft. administration area. The project was designed to meet stringent California Title 24 energy codes. |

This project consisted of the design of a new 340 ton primary-secondary chilled water plant serve a new data center expansion. The design included additional capacity to allow for the chilled water plant to be expanded to 510 tons in the future. The design included the installation of two 170 ton chillers, two primary chilled water pumps, and two secondary chilled water pumps, and associated computer room air handling units |

This project consisted of the design of a new 900 ton variable primary chilled water plant with water-side economizer designated to serve a new data center expansion and a re-serve the existing facility’s chilled water plant. The design included additional capacity to allow for the chilled water plant to be expanded to 1500 ton in the future. The design included an addition of three 300 ton chillers and two primary chilled water pumps. Many solutions were considered in this project to minimize downtime during the construction, optimize performance and provide a reliable system. |

This project consisted renovating the existing 50,000 square foot data center facility. The renovation included a new 600 ton condenser water system with free cooling to serve new computer room air conditioning units. A new DDC system was designed and installed to control and to monitor the entire facility. The renovation included a new 277/480V, 4000 amp utility service and (1) new 2000kW generator with space for two additional generators. |
