Jackson County Fire Protection District |
|
The design of a new 12,400 square foot facility was made up of a two-story structure. The first floor space consisted of dining area, bar area, and commercial kitchen area. The second floor consisted primarily of a bar/night club area with dedicated mechanical/electrical rooms and storage areas. |

The Bass Pro Shops headquarters building is an approximately 1.7 million SF office and distribution facility for which the chilled water plant, heating hot water and domestic water plant upgrades were needed. |

This facility is utilized for training and consisted of training rooms, restrooms/locker rooms, offices, open offices and conference. The renovated space was approximately 18,500 sq.ft. |

A new 9,500 sq.ft. building expansion containing classrooms, offices, reception area, multi-purpose room and kitchen. |

Parkway Towers is a 14-story luxury condominium high-rise in which the heating hot water and domestic water plant upgrades. Project scheduling and coordination was critical throughout construction to meet the comfort needs of all residents, minimize system downtime, and educate facility managers on their new system. |
