This project was a complex of ten new buildings that consisted of many types of buildings including the following: Special Troop Battalion HQ, Battalion Headquarters, Brigade Headquarters, Band Training, Div Special Troop Battalion COF, Brigade Troop Battalion COF, Div Special Troop Battalion TEMF, Div Special Troop Battalion Storage, Brigade Troop Battalion TEMF, Brigade Troop Battalion Storage. |

This project included the MEP design as well as the construction commissioning/testing and balancing of the chilled water plant consisting of two new 625 ton cooling towers, two existing 625 ton cooling towers, and one new 1000 ton plate and frame heat exchanger serving approximately 60,000 sq ft of critical raised floor space. |

This project consisted of two phases allowing for seven existing air-handling units serving GMP spaces to be re-commissioned. Capacity of units ranged from 12,000 CFM to 34,000 CFM having distribution systems serving approximately 70,000 sq. ft. of GMP spaces. Air-handling unit configurations consisted of return fans, relief fans, steam humidifier, hot water pre-heat and heating coils with freeze protection pumps and chilled water coils being controlled by automatic temperature controls. |

This project included the MEP design as well as the construction commissioning/testing and balancing of a new high pressure exhaust system being connected to an existing TOX 1 unit. Upgrades included the addition of two exhaust fans, associated ductwork and isolation valves capable of producing duct static pressures ranging from 25”wc to 48”wc. |
