PROJECT:  PCC Williamette

LOCATION:  Portland, OR

This project was a 44,000sf facility located in downtown Portland Oregon.  We provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and commissioning services for the Portland Community College Downtown Center renovation project. The Downtown Center occupies the Willamette Block Building constructed in 1888. The renovated building houses new administrative offices for PCC.

The project was designed to achieve a high level of sustainablility and energy efficiency and the building has achieved the LEED Gold certification.   The Energy Conservation measures for the PCC Willamette project are listed below:

• Water-side Economizer

• Heat recovery wheel

• Lighting Daylighting Controls
