Our work included renovating the following in this 15-story building:

• Sub-basement

• Basement

• First floor

• Second floor

The sub-basement is used as a parking garage and mechanical/electrical space.

The basement is used for classrooms, labs, storage, mechanical and electrical space.

The first floor was completely renovated with a commercial kitchen, dining facility, student lounge and entry lobby. While the second floor was renovated for classrooms.

The renovated space was approximately 50,000sf. The renovation was designated a State Energy Efficient Design (SEED) project.
