This project consisted of a new 53,000sf, 2-story building.  InSite Group, Inc. was a Sub-Consultant on this project.  We were directly responsible for the MEP design, the construction administration, and the commissioning/testing and balancing.

 

The building will be used by the owner for training purposes.  It contains conference rooms, offices, classrooms, a mechanics shop, an electrics shop, a welding shop, and a lab.  The MEP systems consist of:

 

• air cooled chillers

• pumps

• air handling units with VAV reheat and fan powered boxes

• energy recovery ventilators

• dust collection system

• lighting control system

• wind turbine

• electric heat

• plumbing.
