The 15,000 sf facility is on the Historic Registry and is located on the PSU campus.

 

Our work included the following:

 

• Daycare classrooms 1st and 2nd floor

• Offices 1st and 2nd floor

• Reconditioning of third floor.

 The renovation was designated a SEED (State Energy Efficient Design) project, which requires that the facility energy use is 20% below Code minimum.
