This project consisted of the complete remodel of approximately 6,300sf of general pharmaceutical manufacturing and support space to accommodate a new manufacturing process.  Overall construction costs for both phases totaled approximately $6 million.  InSite Group, Inc. was the Prime Consultant on this job and worked directly for the owner.  We were directly responsible for the MEP design and the construction management.  Following the detailed design, we were hired by the owner to remain on site and manage the construction activities on the owner’s behalf.

Our responsibilities included:

 

• reviewing shop drawings for owner acceptance

• coordinate utility outages

• monitor day to day construction activities

• schedule safety training for contractors

• coordinate deliveries, and maintain the overall project schedule.

We remained on site and dedicated to the support of this project for approximately 1.5 years.
