PROJECT SCOPE:
The stand alone two story facility consisted of 36,000sf.
The first floor emcompasses four operating suites, pre/post operating areas, waiting area, treatment rooms, clean processing and decontaminate facilities.
The second floor is currently a shell space that will be used as medical offices in the future.
